This is an independent audit of early project planning and preparation activities that provides an indication of readiness for the project to begin. This audit includes a series of basic project management document reviews as well as interviews with the project manager, project planners, and other project stakeholders, as needed.
ProjectAUDIT™ Stage 2 - Project "Health Check" Audit
This is an independent audit of project management activities that provides an indication of the general "health" of the project relative to project status, project progress, and the general ability to achieve project objectives. The audit evaluates aspects of cost, schedule, and resource utilization, and provides for minimal business interference. Itrequires just a few hours time from the project manager and the next level of project management oversight authority.
ProjectAUDIT™ Stage 3 - Project Performance Audit
This is an independent audit of project performance that will provide more substantial explanations and often uncover root causes of findings that are surfaced in the Project "Health Check" Audit. This audit also has an added scope that examines project contributions to business performance.
